Manage Sales of Complex Products/Services

Extendance supports both established companies and selected startups in conducting sales/business development activities. This may be either for a specific product-market segment or a territory (in EMEA). In the US and Asia we are also able to set up sales channels. While this support is ongoing we are often asked to provide market entry support, up to the point where a reference customer can be developed and/or a sales channel infrastructure built up.

We have also successfully developed OEM customers for companies, or formed strategic alliances with other companies that offer complementary product/services.

Our fees for this service are typically retainer plus a success-dependent bonus.
